03 / Hosted, not hands-off
You won’t be left with a lockbox and a map.
Franklin Chthonics is a large, idiosyncratic place. Your on-site host is the interface between your group and the property—helping with arrival, orientation, access, and the practical questions that come with using the land.
- Support scales with your group. We plan for one host for every ten guests.
- You shape the gathering. Hosting covers the property and its logistics, not cooking or full-service event production.
- Getting around is coordinated. When a utility vehicle is appropriate, it remains host-operated.
04 / Make it yours
The useful extras come after the big idea.
Once you inquire, we can talk through additions that fit your gathering: a large bonfire, a barbecue dinner, PA equipment, or coordinated transport around the property.
